These Terms & Conditions apply to travel planning and booking services provided by Glade Pointe Travel LLC. Individual travel suppliers may have additional terms and conditions that also apply to your reservation.
Pricing & Availability
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed by the travel supplier. Price increases may occur due to changes in taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. Glade Pointe Travel is not responsible for errors in pricing or availability provided by third-party suppliers.
Supplier Terms & Conditions
Each travel provider (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) has its own set of rules and regulations. By booking through Glade Pointe Travel, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of all suppliers associated with your travel arrangements. It is your responsibility to review these terms, particularly regarding baggage fees, check-in requirements, and conduct.
Cancellation & Refunds
Glade Pointe Travel follows the cancellation policies set forth by the travel suppliers. Cancellation fees may apply, and some bookings may be non-refundable. Please note that Glade Pointe Travel reserves the right to charge a professional service fee for processing cancellations or significant changes to a confirmed itinerary.
Travel Documents & Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documentation, including passports (typically valid for at least six months beyond travel dates), visas, and health certifications. Glade Pointe Travel shall not be held liable for any traveler who is denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances such as trip interruption, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. Glade Pointe Travel offers insurance options but is not responsible for any claims denied by the insurance provider.
Limitation of Liability
Glade Pointe Travel acts only as an agent for the travel suppliers and does not own or operate any of the services provided. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by the acts or omissions of any supplier or third party.
